I don't know if this is the same as essential oils but The Body Shop sells them. If you can find a store near you you can actually go in an mix your own fragrance. Other wise they sell the oils online:

Get the book Aromatherapy. there is tonnnes of Oil you can make with recipies. Expensive.Not book but Herb's.
obviously in stores that sell oild,you can normally find them in thos estores that sell fragrant oil for spas etc.
