Why glucosamine 39 dollars, heck i bought Fish oil, does it also help bones?

There was glucosamine i wanted it but it was 39 dollars for one little bottle so i didn't. I got Fish oil. Does this help bones at all like glucosamine does ?Why glucosamine 39 dollars, heck i bought Fish oil, does it also help bones?
If you are interested in alternative medicines, glucosamine is taken (generally) for Osteoarthritis. Fish Oil is for cardiac health.

There have not been enough studies done that would convince me to spend $39.00 on a supplement which is not well regulated. On the other hand, omega 3 oils found in fish oil are widely accepted for nutritional benefits to the cardiovascular system.

So, on the bright side, even if your knees don't get better, you may be at a lessor risk for arteriosclerosis if you take the pills as directed.

Good luck. Why glucosamine 39 dollars, heck i bought Fish oil, does it also help bones?

If I had a healing crisis, and I had the money, I have some glucosamine but it is too expensive to take as a a daily supplement.

Also switch to sea salt instead of tablesalt.

Drink lots of distilled water. 6-8 glasses each day. Add 10-15 grains of brown rice to 1 gallon glass containers of distilled water. This will give your bones minerals it needs.

MSM is a less expensive sulfate for pain management and bone growth.

Take a calcium supplement. Inexpensive but helpful for bone health..

Fish oil is a good thing keep it up.

Also try adding a tablespoon or raw apple cider vinegar with a dash of cinnamon to carrot juice, other veggie juice or strong fruit juice three times a day.
