it does help with all those things if you take it on a regular schedule. I have a brain/nerve disease and my doctor told me to take it.

The real point of Omega-3's is to improve your cholesterol profile. I haven't read anything about brain function.
umm never buy supplements without having consulted a health proffesional. but omega are usually ok any way.. you can buy them straight up at costco (much cheaper )
