Where can i buy vitamins and hair oils to make my hair stronger? ?
There are a few things you'll wanna do:

#1. Use a shampoo that has no sulfates. Sulfates are found in cheap shampoos. They are abrasive salts used to cleanse the hair but they do serious damage to the scalp and hair in the process.

#2. Start taking Elon Matrix 5,000 vitamins. These vitamins have biotin in them, which Dermatologists have found to help in hair regrowth. From what I have read about this product it helps rebuild the follicle and strengthen the hair. From using the product I know it works. My hair is thicker and healthier now than it has been in years. The company also has a nice sulfate free hair care collection that I use because I loved their vitamins so much I figured I would give that a shot and it's great especially when you have dry hair from straightening or blow drying.

#3. If you perm your hair ... don't do it as often. If you dye your hair with bleach to get a lighter color... don't do it as often, try alternating between a darker color in the winter and a lighter color in the summer. Use highlights for a lighter color instead of an all around blonde.

#4. Get a trim every 6-8 weeks. Split ends cause the hair to break off and can actually cause damage to the follicle.

Hope this helps! GOOD LUCK!
i just came back from walgreens and i brought this box of ';Hair skin and nails vitamins'; it contains 3000mg of biotin witch is suposed to make your hair stronger, plus helps skin and stronger nails..

Best oil for hair is Coconut oil and Jojobah oil

Gently Massage scalp once a day with jojoba oil or what you prefer, i have been reading all night about vitamins and i decided to go for the hair skin and nails vitamins its a pink box from walgreens
That won't help too much, ive tried.

Just get trims more often, don't use heat, and maybe wash your hair ever other day to let the natural oils from your hair help repair the damage.

i use this when I ABSOLUTELY have to use heat...

it works great, just don't spray up high. keep it below your ear.
try whole foods. they have vitamins for everything. also, don't straighten or blow dry your hair and trim off all split ends. try to shampoo every night, that should help.
I would go to any local salon or try sally's they have many products just for that reason
i buy mine at Sally's it is very helpful and i have curly hair so it is very helpful
GNC, vitiman world....they have them in alot of malls
Sally's. and also avocado is good for your hair and skin!
