we own about ten acres (2 locations, riverfront) in a third/second world country. the land is very fertile. my wife runs the farming operations at a decent profit. how do i maximize our profits for retirement? a new extraction press will run about $35,000 delivered. how much fob oil is that?Is there a market for cold pressed virgin coconut oil? what about the ';we'll finance/buy your product sites?';
The problem with coconut oil is it is a saturated fat. With more people concerned about their hearts, they don't want this kind of fat.





I would find someone who wants to buy the oil first, get a contract and then you can go to the bank with the contract and they'll underwrite the press.
