Umm, Oil looks like its going to start dropping until mid Feb. PBR is a good oil company, located in Brazil, which could be sitting on the world largest oil supply. They haven't started their billion dollar project yet because the economy is looking bad. But once the market recovery, then PBR is going to take off in the long run.
