How much would you pay for this oil painting? Actually.. would anyone like to buy it?

My first ever oil canvas painting, outside view from my window, so it hold great sentimental value, also I worked on it for about 15 hours.

It's approximately 15'; x 25'; and I'm just wondering how much I should sell it for. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks! x

Beautiful Painting i love the sky and how it came out.

To answer your Question.

Time and materials.

How much time you put into the painting

And cost of materials Canvas Paints. You can judge your self by saying ,this is how much i want to make an hour. So you would times that by 15 hours. And don't short change yourself Example If you thought that 15 dollars and hour sounds

good the you should ask $225.00 plus cost of canvas and paints. So add another 25.00 and you now have $250.00

If this is to low the more per hour you want the more you will make.

Now all the above gets thrown out if some one came along and said to you I will give you $500.00 for it .

But do you see my point. here?

Time and material

The worth is up to you to decide and only you. From one artist to another.

Good LuckHow much would you pay for this oil painting? Actually.. would anyone like to buy it?
i know it's a little harsh, but no one will buy it, it's nice, but not 'buy it' nice. if you want your paintings to sell, your better off doing things that are more mainstream. and from the painting it looks like you got the tallent to be able to do some great work, going to be very hard to find a buyer since i cant think of one place that if i bougt it i could put it. dont let me put you off your style of work, it's good, keep painting like that, just saying it's going to be hard to find a buyer, if you want paintings to sell, just do things people are garunteed to like, and save your own style of work for when you get enough money to show it off.
Yeah I really like it, great depth.

Im not so keen on the background of woodchip paper !!

If I was you, I would get it framed and keep it,paint a few more, sell them and when u become famous, this ist one will be worth a fortune.
Hey! I'm an artist and i sell my art for tons of money. but i have been taught by a professional artist from china sense i was in second grade and i'm going to be a freshman. I think you could sell it for a good amount of money. Good Luck :)
Art is worth whatever the buyer is willing to pay. I suspect that you might eventually get from ten to twenty-five dollars for it. The requirement is finding an interested buyer.
It`s your first oil on canvas painting, the subject is personal to you - keep it yourself.
It's nice but I wouldn't say over 拢10. My husband is an artist and his first was taken by his church as a ';gift';. He's still annoyed about it today. Haha
dont know the cost of paintings, but i am commenting because i like it, its really good work
