Don't buy any right now. Energy is likely to keep going down. Wait until the market as a whole starts going sideways on lower volatility (check the VIX). I'd go for a stock in the oil services sector, or an ETF that tracks the oil services sector as a whole (OIH). If you must buy only one company, go for the best of the best.
